Normally what you would see in this section is a list of references to papers and books used to write this book. I am going to do something a little different. Instead of creating a long list of references almost nobody will read, I am putting the list on my website. It’s searchable. If you stacked up all the references I used to write this book it would be taller than I am! That much information is not very useful. What would be useful is a searchable database of the materials I used so you can go take a look for yourself: - All the books used in writing the book can be found in the YDD Book Store.
