This is a large collection of sample chapters from Your Designer Diet. Quite a lot of the book is available here for free. What's missing is the full text for many of the strategies and threats. You can read about all the strategies here and all the threats here.

The reason so much of the book is on-line is because I want you to able to use this website to help control your weight. You can't do that if you don't have the information in the book, so most of it's here for you to use.

In particular, Chapter 13: The Designer Way is available. The Designer Way is the heart of the book because it shows you exactly how to control your weight using the strategies and threats in combination with the most powerful weight control method possible. We'll be using this information when we run weekly spins and daily checks in the discussion forum.
